Osteopathy finds the health in patients through palpation, and works to augment it through gentle manipulation of all layers of tissue. It considers the body as one dynamic unit of function that may self-heal and self-regulate itself if it is rid of mechanical dysfunction / obstruction.

Amanda is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario. She has a passion for meeting people where they are at and helping those to find health. Amanda has a fascination with the profound ability of the body to self-heal and self-regulate.

Amanda looks to help patients find balance in their anatomy and liberate the four rivers of life (nerve, artery, vein, lymphatic) so that the body can restore your constitution and vitality.
